had trng at tpsh..sec1s n 2s combined n split into 2grps.we played hit n run.okay it was kinda weird cos the guy dat asked fer nicole's number was takin pic wit his cam fone of...i shall not go into dat.. ermm it was lyk totally physical during trng!
we had to run 20rounds, do weights, footwork..so tiring..oh yeah n i fell asleep during calss yesterday during literature...man!
